It easily accommodated the six of us, we were not getting under each others feet. The extra toilet was great.

The accommodation was of a very high standard. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with all ammenities available. It is within easy walking distance to the local shops and restaurants and river walks. Very pleasant.

We stayed in Apartment 60 (2 bedrooms) for 3 nights in October 2015. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy with a pretty view of the water from the dining room and balcony.
With the sofa bed, there was plenty of room for our family of five, and we enjoyed all the comforts of home – kitchenware, oven, washing machine, iron, air-con, Foxtel, WiFi and private parking. A great place to relax with everything we needed. Good location, nice pool, close to several local shopping centres, and not far from the city……
We stayed at the Riverview apartments over the new year period. When comparing prices of similar properties, Riverview was a standout! Reasonably priced, with peaceful views the large, clean well appointed one bedroom apartment suited the needs of our family of four well. (I was initially worried at time of booking, that we would struggle to fit, but it was perfect), short drive to Drummoyne, Hunters Hill and the city, as well as a short drive to Lane Cove shops and Chatswood. We would stay there again when in Sydney and would recommend to friends, manager Paul was wonderful to deal with
We recently stayed at the Riverview Apartments with our large family of 10. We would highly recommend these apartments. They are beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable for families. The location was great with bus links to the city and easy access to Sydney attractions. Thanks again Paul for all your help with accommodating our large group.
My family stayed over three nights at Riverview Lane Cove apartments and couldn’t have wished for anything more. The place was very clean and spacious with an enormous living room and outdoor patio. All modern comforts were supplied with lovley parks and cafes within 5 minutes’ walk. We even had a swim in the sun drenched pool (in July!)
I will definitely be staying here again.
“The place is very cozy, quite, big with many extras(private garage; in the building is also available sauna and pool). It’s surrounded of gorgeous nature! Few meters away is a small bay where we were fishing every day! It’s awesome x100!!! Bear in mind that there is additional rule for the WiFi. If you use internet a lot, first ask the owner. Communication with the owner is fast and easy. I highly recommend that place to everyone who wants to have one really gorgeous stay in Sydney!!!”

“My husband and I stayed with our 2 children (14 & 7) for 5 weeks in between houses after selling. We found the serviced apt was well presented and facilities excellent with the washing machine and dryer and foxtel well utilised The location near Burns Bay reserve was handy for walks/ exercise and the new playground with equipment for the kids and their friends to play on was very good. There was also a squash court we used. Would recommend this for families as a good temp accom between homes.”

I just didn’t remember how finally we can drop by and see the link web of this apartment. However, just from the first time look, I and my Wife fall in love with the interor design of his two bedroom and lovely sorrounding area….and certainly the room price is very reasonable and within our budget range.
When we contacted Paul, we really surprised that he didn’t ask any downpayment/security deposit and anything like that. And what is more surpised to us, he is willing to send the apartement key to our home in Indonesia without any additional cost, in order to help us as we will arrive at the apartement from Sydney Mascot Airport at very late time-around 23.30 PM.
I will never imagine if this kind of service is exist, if I am not experienced my self.
When we arrived at the apartement, we can easily park our rented car in the basement parking car. Each car has its own car park garage.
Entering the room, and we saw very clean apartement and spacious, comfortable, nice sofa, and complete kitchenery equipment, laundry/dry machine,etc.
In the next day early morning, what a wonderfurl scenery we saw, we can see a beatiful view of river and trees. Folk of birds flying over..it is just a fantastic view.
The apartement location is very good, close to Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. We can easily visited any Sydney CBD areas during Australian days and Chinesse New Year.
Thanks Paul for all your help, and we will recommend our friend o stay at this place when visited Sydney.
And for us, we just could only say that we will stay again to this apartement for our next trip to Sydney.

Nice, clean, quiet studio with leafy views. It’s got everything you need for a short or long stay. 12 min walk to Artarmon train station and therefore very convenient. The studio is well equipped: air condition, kettle, toaster, microwave, cook ware – but you’ll have to buy your own provisions (sugar, tea, coffee etc…). There are pay-and-use laundry facilities in the building. Pia was very fast in her replies and everything went well. In short, a nice place to stay.
Paul’s apartment was perfect for our needs. I would thoroughly recommend it to people who are particularly looking for accommodation whilst visiting the two GPS schools (Joeys or Riverview). The apartment is definitely a “home away from home”. It is quite obvious with the appointments and how the apartment is presented that Paul’s attitude is very professional. The only bugbear would be the carparking, but this is well documented in other reviews and should not overshadow the benefits of Paul’s property. We will definitely consider Paul’s accommodation the next time we visit Hunters Hill.
